WordPress 2.8 Will Include Jquery’s Jcrop Plugin
Written by Stefan Vervoort on April 12, 2009WP Engineer tells us WordPress 2.8 will include the jQuery plugin Jcrop. I don’t know where Frank found that information, but it sounds interesting for sure.
Jcrop is a jQuery plugin that allows you to crop images from inside your browser. You can see what it does on the example page of the Jcrop site.
But how is WordPress implanting that plugin? What would they like to crop? Maybe the images you upload and insert in a new post? If you have the answer to these questions, don’t hesitate to comment.
Looking forward to work with the WordPress version 2.8 for a while now and it gets even worse every time I hear a thing like this!
